CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY

 

CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your order anytime until your order is being confirmed by supplier. If you wish to cancel an order that is being confirmed by vendor, a cancelation fee of 10% will apply to your orders.

REFUNDS

You can expect to receive the refund within 15 days from shipping your return to ShopaMagic.com (this includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company).

You will be notified of the same via email with the details of your refund. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

In case an item ordered for by you are delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, you should inform us of the same within 7 days for a replacement. The customer care team at ShopaMagic.com will validate the request by checking the timelines, product type, warranty terms, etc and shall take the request for refund or exchange. You are required to hand over the defective item in the same condition as delivered and as intimated to you by our Customer Service representative.

On receiving your item return, the item will be inspected and you will be offered the option of either a replacement item or a refund of the amount for the item purchased.

In case the item is not found to be defective on inspection, your request will stand rejected and the shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

NON-DELIVERY OF ORDER

PERISHABLE GOODS:

Delivery will be attempted only once. In case the attempt fails, the order stands cancelled and no further attempts will be made. Also, No refunds or cancellations will be made for perishable goods.

NON-PERSISHABLE GOODS

Delivery of items will be attempted twice. In case both attempts fail, you will be informed immediately at your contact number or e mail. Meanwhile the goods will be held for a period of 7 days at ShopaMagic’s office.

Where the ordered goods could not be delivered to you due to reasons like Address incorrect or recipient’s unavailability, OR refusal by the recipient, re-delivery to an alternate address can be requested within the period of 7 days at an additional delivery charge.

Where in the unlikely event the product could not be delivered, the goods will be returned to ShopaMagic.com in Hyderabad and you will be immediately informed. In case of products whose order value is more than Rs 2000, we would be refunding the amount after deducting 25% of order value.
